Thunder’s Play-Off Campaign Begins on Saturday 12 September

Newcastle Thunder’s 2026 Betfred Championship play-off campaign gets underway on Saturday 12th September, with kick-off at 5pm.

After finishing second in the regular-season table, Thunder have enjoyed a week off before entering the play-offs at the second-round stage, with Widnes Vikings the visitors to Blaydon.
