Thunder launch partnership with Gateshead College

We’ve joined forces with Gateshead College to offer high performance coaching, while studying on the colleges full-time programmes. Come and join us on Wednesday 15th April to see what it’s all about. 

Gateshead College, Academy for Sport 
10:30am - 12:15pm
You’ll explore Gateshead College facilities, meet your teachers and find out more about studying with us while playing in our Rugby League Academy. Parents are also invited to a dedicated Q&A with our coaching team. 

Northumbria University Coach Lane Sports Ground 
1:30 - 3:30pm
Take part in a training session led by Newcastle Thunder coaches. You’ll also get the chance to chat to players and see how you’re playing career could develop.
