In a bid to attract the vibrant rugby league community in the Heartlands, Newcastle Thunder is issuing a rallying cry to fans, urging them to converge at Featherstone Rovers for the highly anticipated clash against Wakefield Trinity.

Newcastle Thunder, known for its unwavering commitment to maintaining a professional footing in the sport, is looking to transform Featherstone Rovers into a sea of Thunder fans from all corners of the game, as they face the much fancied Championship team head-on. 

The game at Featherstone Rovers marks a pivotal moment in Newcastle Thunder's campaign, and the club believes that the presence of an impassioned crowd can make all the difference, both on and off the pitch. 
As the players prepare to leave their hearts on the field, the Thunder is counting on its dedicated supporters to turn up in numbers, creating an atmosphere that will inspire the team to new heights, while providing much needed financial support. Chairman Keith Christie asked the RL Fraternity to get behind them "We want the rugby league family to come out and support us, make us your 2nd team, we've worked tirelessly to get here and now we need to see the fans support us, we can even teach them some Geordie!" 
Coach Chris Thorman expressed his confidence in the Thunder faithful, stating, "Our fans are the heartbeat of this club. Their energy and support can be the driving force behind our success. We want them to be our twelfth player on the field."
