Further update to Featherstone fixture

Newcastle Thunder can confirm a further update to our home fixture against Featherstone Rovers.

The fixtures for our clash with Featherstone Rovers were initially reversed, with Thunder hosting the West Yorkshire outfit on Saturday, September 9.

Since, the game has been amended further.

Due to turnaround timings for Featherstone and their trip to Toulouse the following week, as well as working to the availability of Kingston Park, Newcastle Thunder will now host Featherstone Rovers on Friday, September 8 with the game kicking off at 8pm.

We're grateful for Featherstone for their cooperation on this and look forward to welcome them to Thunder HQ later on in the year.
