Pre-season friendly cancelled

Our second pre-season friendly away at Doncaster RLFC has been called-off.

A pitch inspection taken place on the morning of Saturday, January 21 has deemed the playing surface at the Eco-Power Stadium unsafe. 

The fixture between the two sides has therefore been cancelled on safety grounds.

Thunder were set to take on Doncaster RLFC for their second pre-season friendly of 2023 on Sunday, January 22. 

Our next game sees us travel to Swinton Lions in the opening round of the 2023 Betfred Championship on Sunday, 5 March. 

Thunder's first HOME game of the season will see the visit of London Broncos on Saturday, March 18.
