MATCH HIGHLIGHTS - NEWCASTLE THUNDER 16 - 28 BATLEY BULLDOGS

Newcastle Thunder were unable to make it back to back wins in the Betfred Championship as Batley Bulldogs took the spoils from Kingston Park Stadium. 

A brace of Kieran Gill tries and an opportunistic strike from Jake Shorrocks gave the hosts a chance heading into the final minutes, before the final word went the way of the visitors.
