Thunder launch uniformed services ticketing offer

Special offer for Magic Friday tickets confirmed

Ahead of the Bradford Bulls game this Friday Newcastle Thunder have launched a special uniformed services ticketing offer giving all uniformed service workers and veterans across the police, the fire brigade, the NHS, armed forces, NEA service, HM coastguard, mountain rescue and the RNLI the opportunity to access a £5 ticket.

This year Magic Friday – the unofficial curtain-raiser for rugby league’s Magic Weekend – is shaping up to be one of the biggest and best yet. There will be a full roster of pre and post-match entertainment on offer as Newcastle Thunder come together with Northern Pride to host a festival type event to promote the importance of inclusivity in sport.

Beyond the Bradford game there is the opportunity for all these organisations to sign up for access to ongoing ticket deals and Thunder’s loyalty rewards scheme as part of the Business Bolts programme.

Magic Friday is shaping up to be one of the biggest instalments since it first took place back in 2015.

More than 1,500 tickets have been issued for the clash with Bradford Bulls, with an extensive promotional push taking place across the club’s website, social media channels, and traditional media outlets.
